"Jorge power washed my home, and painted some trim around windows and doors at the front of my Deptford home. He set a price, which was very competitive with other local power wash/painting companies, and held to that price. Better than on time, he was early, and got right to work on my house. I used one of those gallon jugs of chlorine based house washes last year. It did an okay job, but the vinyl sided house needed more love. Jorge brought the love! He had the proper ladder with which to reach the high areas, an anti-mildew additive in his power wash tank, and got started just before 8:00am. The house is SPARKLING clean! You know when you hire a contractor, and their finished product is ALMOST perfect? Jorge's work was 100%. Clearly he takes pride in what he does.
He was scheduled to return the following day to paint window trims on my 2nd floor, but rain was in the forecast. No worries. He came the day after the rain ended. His paint job? You guessed it...Perfect! I manage a maintenance team for a living. (Jorge doesn't know this) and had provided carpentry services before taking the Management position. I know what to look for when a vendor leaves, and have withheld final payment more than once, until the contractor has returned to make it right. Jorge is now on my short list of go-to painters. Absolutely flawless trim painting work. ( If you've had the less than pleasant experience of painting trim around windows, you know how tedious it can be. Now stand on a sloped roof 10 feet off the ground and try it!) To sum up; Hire Monarch to paint/ power wash your home. There is no better contractor out there!"

After several seasons of using a borrowed home power washer, it was well worth it to hire a professional to get the job done right! Our home, driveway and patio shine thanks to Jorge’s attention to detail. The estimate was quick, the pricing was fair, and the workmanship is top notch! Treat yourself to Monarch’s work! I also wanted to note how courteous the workers are. They are conscientious of their surroundings and stopped work as I exited and entered the home with my children.
